La semana del catorce de marzo

3/14/2016

viernes - Students finished their writing prompts from yesterday, and then took the "estar" quizzes (one in edmodo, one in Google Classroom). Today is the last day of the quarter, so we also turned in any late work.

jueves - Writing Day! Today students write sentences based on the pictures below.
miércoles - more practice speaking today (with estar, tener, llamarse, me gusta, escuchar, etc).
tarea: wkbk 77,78 (not activity 3)

lunes - Today we practiced using "estar" by talking about where people are and how they feel. We played a version of the classic game "memory" using these phrases. Mr. Dwyer starts, saying how he feels and asking someone else how they feel. That person answers the question, then describes how the previous people feel, and then asks another person. This continues, with lifelines (1 per person), until the entire class is described.
